Saturday mornings at the Mountain have become a staple of my weekends in SL. Two hours of great music and friends followed by kickass activities available on the sim itself as well as the regions connected. With skiing, snowboarding, ice skating kayaking and hang gliding and so much more there is always something to do. But to be completely honest I am a terrible kayaker, then again i suppose practice makes perfect and I just need to work on it lol. The Mountain is located at Sailers Cove North with an amazing Aspen feel and several rental options if winter fun is your jam. If you want something else though there are several regions connected including rainforest and tropics as well.

This time of year though I think that lure of Christmas just around the corner makes me nostalgic for my own colorado roots and christmas in the Rockies so I love it here.

The coolness of everything that is incorporated into the experience and all the activities you can do with friends or on your own makes for a good pass time as well as community. A lot of times you have people stuck in their homes doing their own thing, and you naturally still have that option here but being able to see your neighbors sail by on their way to one region or the other is pretty damn cool.

With all of these activities available at all times though there are still scheduled events going on.
Specifically on Saturday mornings 5-7am with two hours of Live music followed by activities.

This week Mavenn and Shad rocked the stage and packed the lodge for a snowy party that featured music from Nora Jones to Bob Dylan and so much more.
Blues and a steaming cup of coffee or coco in the snow go together like a squirrel on a mountain ..just sayin and it's a blast of a way to kick off the weekend before hitting Saturday sales and all the other events going on around the grid.
So if you're looking for a Saturday morning party, or a gorgeous place to take pictures or explore or go on a date. I'd absolutley recommend the heading over and checking out the multitude of connected sims surrounding the Black sea.
Lots of fun coming up and more music every week since I'm back on grid doing shows.
stay safe and lots of snowy fun

xoxo

Sounds great! I like the sound of the rainforest also. Will have to explore. 🙂
